At the Louvre residences in Abu Dhabi, Innovo is working closely with our customer to implement state-of-the-art 4D AI digital twin technology. Starting with Building Information Model (3D BIM), Innovo is creating virtual simulations of various construction scenarios, ensuring precise design, build and coordination of the project. Utilising Digital Twin during construction allows Innovo to monitor real-time progress compared to BIM design and schedule. It ensures optimization of resource utilization and anticipates potential challenges, ultimately guaranteeing timely completion of the project , and delivery of an inclusive community complex that harmoniously connects with the globally acclaimed Louvre Museum.

The MORO 2.0 Data Center is an example of a project that Innovo’s electromechanical team worked on in Dubai. This project is the World’s Largest Solar-Powered Uptime TIER III certified Data Center and it was awarded a Guinness World Record for this achievement on the 2nd of November 2022.

The 100 MW data center is owned by Moro Hub, the digital arm of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), located in the 3,000 MW Mohammed Bin Rashid Solar Park outside of Dubai to the southeast of the city.
